Group Travel for 20+ Passengers
Groups consist of 20 or more passengers traveling together on one itinerary. Island Air’s group desk can get your entire group to your destination in style. It’s the perfect solution for those with specific travel needs who are not quite ready to finalize travel arrangements.
* Please note that fares booked via Island Air’s online booking system are always lower than group rates, so if you have a desire to take control of your own plans, we encourage you to make your reservations by clicking here and booking your seats in smaller groups of 8 or less.

Baggage
You may bring ONE carry-on bag (not to exceed 16lbs) and ONE personal item (e.g., purse, camera, jacket) on board the aircraft. Carry-on baggage must be small enough to store under the seat or in an overhead compartment.
For tickets purchased on/after September 1, 2011:
A fee of $15 will apply for the first checked bag, $30 for the second checked bag.
Excess baggage fees will apply to any additional checked bags.
No checked-in item should be longer than 96 in. or 244 cm. Excess weight and over-sized items (e.g., surfboards, bicycles, kennels) will incur an additional fee and will only be accommodated if space is available.
