Booking flights and checking in bags is completely cash-free. Flights can be processed online, at the airport, or by contacting reservations. Baggage is processed at the airport during check-in. Cash-free transactions ensure a more efficient check-in and make getting to your destination even quicker. All major credit and debit cards accepted including Master Card, Visa, American Express, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB) and Discover.

Island Air assigns seats upon check-in, there is no preselection available. A row and seat number will be printed on your ticket. Flight attendants can assist in locating assigned seats when boarding. Island Air does offer a courtesy pre-boarding opportunity for families with children under the age of 5, military in uniform, and any passengers who may need a little more time and assistance in boarding the aircraft.
