What is the Kupuna and Keiki Fares?

If you are over 62 and traveling, or have someone 12 and younger traveling, take advantage of our $65* Kūpuna and Keiki Saver Fare (Oahu, Maui and Kauai) or $75** for Kona. As the affordable alternative for air travel, we want to make it easy and affordable for families to stay connected.

What are accepted forms of payment?

Booking flights and checking in bags is completely cash-free. Flights can be processed online, at the airport, or by contacting reservations. Baggage is processed at the airport during check-in. Cash-free transactions ensure a more efficient check-in and make getting to your destination even quicker. All major credit and debit cards accepted including Master Card, Visa, American Express, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB) and Discover.

What if I need to make a change to or cancel a vacation package?

Should plans change, our travel services partners can assist in updating your itinerary. For changes after purchase please contact Online Travel Services at 866-444-4352 or 808-738- 3898. They can also be emailed sales@onlinetravel-services.com. Service hours are Monday to Friday 6 am to 5:30 pm, and Saturday 9 am to 1 pm, HST.

Does Island Air provide seat assignments?

Island Air assigns seats upon check-in, there is no preselection available. A row and seat number will be printed on your ticket. Flight attendants can assist in locating assigned seats when boarding. Island Air does offer a courtesy pre-boarding opportunity for families with children under the age of 5, military in uniform, and any passengers who may need a little more time and assistance in boarding the aircraft.

What if I need assistance on my day of travel?

Day of departure issues are handled by the airport staff.  Please see a Customer Service Agent should you need assistance. If you are not at the airport, please contact our reservation department at (800) 652-6541, open (6:00am to 9:00pm HST).

What is required to send freight on Island Air?

At this time, Island Air is does not accept freight on its aircraft.
